For returns, we will only do exchanges or store credit for shoes that need to be returned (exceptions may be made.) If there is a manufacturing defect we can replace the footwear that was defective.

In order for us to do any return or exchange we require:

  • Receipt of purchase
  • Product being returned/exchanged
  • Condition of product to be new (with box)
  • Return/exchange to be initiated within reasonable time-frame (usually under a month)

All returns and or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
