Repair Service Retirement

Dear valued clients, Dave the Shoe Repairman will be retiring at the end of September 2026. Dave has been repairing shoes and a variety of other items for the past ~40 years. I would like to thank Dave for the years of work done and hope people would join in celebrating the next chapter for Dave.

For people who need to get things fixed, Dave will still be accepting new work up until September 27th, 2026. Pickups will be accepted until the end of October 2026. At which point any remaining work that is left behind will be donated.

Some services/products will transfer to Uxbridge Shoe Sales upon Dave’s retirement.

Specifically:

Footwear Stretching (Width, length unfortunately cannot stretch or shrink.)

Hole Punching (Extra holes for a belt, shoe, straps can be done.)

Products like Laces, Polishes and care products like waterproof sprays will be carried and sold.

Aside from that all other repair related services will be retired.

I wanted to dedicate this section as a thank you to everyone who has supported Dave and the repair business for the over 40 years it was in service. Also to Dave for serving the great people of Uxbridge and fixing all the shoes along the way and to congratulate him on his retirement.
