For those who don’t want to think about winter, you might want to click off of this post for now. For those sticking around, we got in our hit of kids winter boots and we did get some shoes for adults.

Here’s what came in:

Out n About IV WP (Women’s): The Out n About is a neat shoe as it is fully waterproof, looks a bit more casual than something like a running shoe or hiking shoe. Overall the Out n About is a great casual/walker that can work year round but especially from fall to spring.

Out n About Puffy (Women’s): The Puffy gives us an option that is a practical fall/winter boot. The Puffy is insulated, slip-on and a practical height that is neither too tall or shoe height which would be too short for the winter.

Snow Commander (Toddler’s-Youth Boys and Girls): The Snow Commander is our favourite boot for toddlers as it is very good fitting and easy to work with given the Velcro enclosure. It also uses a soft and warm fleece lining that dries quick and easy to work with (it’s not removable but at the age the boots fit at, that is more practical.)

Yoot Pac Nylon (Boys and Girls): The Yoot Pac is the next step for kids after the snow commander. What’s great about the Yoot Pac is that it is a great height for all winter use, is easily adjustable with the toggle lace, it lightweight with the nylon upper and has the removable liner which allows for replacement and easier drying.

Yoot Pac TP (Boys): The TP gives all the same benefits as the nylon but is instead a leather upper rather than the nylon which is more rugged but does make the boot slightly heavier.

Caribou (Boys/Girls): The Caribou is Sorel’s go to winter boot, it is made of leather and have a more aggressive rubber sole than their other boots. The Caribou does have the removable boot liner which as always is replaceable and is great for quick dry times.
